pyvcd
I am currently working on a project called pyvcd that will easily create SVCDs with menus. The current version is 0.1 and is very pre-alpha. Feel free to try it if you like, but I am not responsible for anything bad happening as a result of it like coasters, loss of data, hardware failures, your whole computer melting down to a liquid pool, etc.
